Our subscription pages collect simple personal information such as your name for the purpose of personalising email messages that we send to you. Members of our website also have the option of subscribing to member-only newsletters.

We provide tools for you to automatically manage your public subscriptions without our direct intervention:

• The subscription form allows you to join our public mailing lists automatically.
• The subscription reminder allows you to see all public subscriptions that are active for your registered email address.
• The subscription management pages allow you to view full details of subscriptions, cancel subscriptions, or update your subscriber information for public subscriptions. The subscription management pages are accessed via a secure URL linked from the subscription reminder email.

In addition to public subscriptions we may operate private or member-only lists that are not visible via the automatic subscription management tools.

We hold your subscriber details in a database after subscriptions to all mailing lists have been cancelled. This is to help us identify when you have cancelled a subscription, and to assure that you do not receive further emails on a nominated mailing list if you have cancelled a subscription.
